According to a quick report from the Commune Economic Department, as of 5:00 p.m. on September 30, there has been no loss of life or property due to the impact of storm No. 10 in the commune. However, due to the heavy rainfall from the past to now, it has caused local flooding in the winter-spring rice area, water reaching the stalks during the drying period and some rice areas were broken by storm winds scattered in the commune; some livestock households have flooded their yards and barns... Thanh Oai Commune requests that people continue to raise their vigilance, be proactive in natural disaster prevention and control, and closely coordinate with local authorities, in order to soon stabilize their lives and restore production.
