Build infrastructure for land auction area of ​​4,902m2 in Hop Thanh commune (My Duc)

Kinhtedothi - Hanoi City assigned 4,902 square meters of land to the People's Committee of My Duc district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Hop Thanh commune.

The Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1104/QD-UBND dated February 27, 2025 on the allocation of 4,902 square meters of land in Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district to the People's Committee of My Duc district to implement the Project of constructing technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Cua Lang area, Vai Moi village, Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district.

According to the Decision, 4,902 m2 of land in Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district (land recovery work has been completed) is handed over to the People's Committee of My Duc district to implement the Project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Cua Lang area, Vai Moi village, Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district, according to the investment project approved by the People's Committee of My Duc district in Decision No. 1349/QD-UBND dated March 19, 2024.

The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land for project implementation are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Drawing 01, scale 1/500, prepared by Viet A Architecture, Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2024 and approved by My Duc District People's Committee on October 16, 2024; The coordinate positioning map of the boundary markers was handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on April 24, 2024.

Of the total area of ​​4,902m² of land, there are 3,125.5m² of residential land; 1,776.5m² of technical infrastructure land. Form of land use: The People's Committee of My Duc district is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees; The winner of the auction for residential land use rights is allocated land by the State with land use fees, land use term: Long-term. Method of land allocation: Land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

Hanoi City assigns the People's Committee of My Duc district to be responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, and ensure compliance with current regulations on management of construction investment projects. Organize implementation according to approved investment projects to ensure overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. The People's Committee of My Duc district is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure no interleaved land areas, economical and effective use of land. Guide the auction winners to fulfill financial obligations; register land use rights; issue Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land; complete investment procedures and application for Construction Permits according to regulations.

In addition, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field to the People's Committee of My Duc district. The Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and adjusts land changes into cadastral records according to regulations.
