On May 24, the Ho Chi Minh City National Defense and Security Education Council held a closing ceremony for the national defense and security knowledge training course for 181 cadres of group 3, course 123, 2023.

The students are heads and deputy heads of departments, branches and People's Committees at provincial and district levels and equivalent. Colonel Nguyen Tuan Bao, Deputy Political Commissar of Ho Chi Minh City Command attended and directed the closing ceremony.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Tuan Bao suggested that students completing the training course should combine theory with practice and the requirements set at the grassroots level.
