The Vietnam regional finals of the 2025 QingYin Award - Youth Music Festival 2025 recently took place in Hanoi. Lao Cai City had 2 students win the first prize of the competition.
The competition is co-organized by the International Art Education Association, under the auspices of the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music (China) and the Royal Academy of Music in Brussels (Kingdom of Belgium)...

The competition gathered contestants from Vietnam, China, France, Canada... Contestants competed in many categories such as: Piano, vocals, wind instruments, string instruments, modern instruments (guitar, drums...) in 2 professional and non-professional contents with direct and online competition forms. After the final round of the Vietnam region, many talented faces were discovered and honored.
Surpassing hundreds of talented piano contestants across the country, Nguyen Duc Minh (class 6D) and Luc Ngo Tue Anh (class 7C), Le Quy Don Secondary School, excellently won first prize in the non-professional category by age group at the Qingyin 2025 Young Music Talent Search Competition, Vietnam region.

The contest, held for the first time in Vietnam, brought opportunities for many contestants to shine, affirming their talents as well as their passion and personal interests.
It is known that recently, Nguyen Duc Minh won the Gold Medal at the 2025 Hong Kong International Music Festival, Vietnam region; Gold Medal at the 19th China - Singapore International Music Competition, Vietnam region.
