The final round of the " Cultural Tourism Ambassador 2025" contest held in Ninh Binh on September 20 witnessed the competition of outstanding students in the field of cultural tourism.
The 40 best contestants from 26 universities and colleges nationwide, divided into 5 teams, each team of 8 members, competed in 3 exciting rounds, including: "Cultural tourism message", "Following the flow of cultural tourism", "Cultural tourism ambassador".
The jury awarded the following prizes: One First Prize, two Second Prizes and Encouragement Prizes to talented young students. The First Prize team consisted of 8 students from 8 different universities.
Bui Thi Minh Hien (student of Hoa Lu University) shared that by participating in the contest, she learned a lot of knowledge, skills, and gained many useful experiences. The contest award is a stepping stone for Hien to be more confident in her journey to pursue a career in the tourism industry.

With the theme "Cultural industry with sustainable tourism development in Vietnam", this year's competition brought many new ideas on connecting culture with tourism, applying AI technology to operate community tourism, preserving indigenous culture in the context of integration. The final round of the competition attracted nearly 1,500 students and tourists to watch.
Content on how to spread love of traditional culture to young people, and how to use social networks to introduce products and destinations are also introduced.
Mr. Bui Van Manh - Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism - highly appreciated the initiative of the project "Tourism and Cultural Talent Incubator". The contest is not only a playground for young people who are passionate about culture and tourism, but also an opportunity for young people to introduce and promote the image of Vietnam and its people, thereby spreading cultural values and promoting the sustainable development of tourism.
Through this competition, students and tourism professionals have had the opportunity to practice and nurture their passion for the profession, contributing to the future of Vietnam's tourism industry.

In 2025, the competition selected nearly 1,000 students majoring in culture and tourism from 86 colleges and universities nationwide to participate in an online learning program with 20 topics, 11 seminars, and online exchanges with prestigious experts and researchers in the industry.
Through the learning and evaluation process, the project selected 100 students with the best results to participate in the interview round, from which they continued to select 40 outstanding faces from 26 training institutions to enter the final round.
The "Cultural and Tourism Talent Incubator" project was initiated in 2021 with the goal of training and developing high-quality human resources for the Vietnamese culture and tourism industry.
Through training programs, exchange activities, practical experiences and connecting students with domestic and international businesses and experts, the project has contributed to promoting the sustainable development of Vietnam tourism.
After 5 years of implementation, the project has achieved outstanding achievements, affirming the scale, reputation, attraction and influence of the project, and at the same time demonstrating the growing interest of young people in Vietnamese culture, heritage and tourism.
