According to the Hanoi Management Board of Cultural and Social Construction Investment Projects, with an investment of more than VND 1,300 billion, the new children's palace in Hanoi is built with a modern, spacious design with an area of ​​nearly 40,000 m2, expected to be completed in 2024.

The Children's Palace project is built in the CV1 park and lake area (Cau Giay New Urban Area, Hanoi), bordering Cau Giay - Nam Tu Liem districts, on Pham Hung Street, opposite My Dinh bus station. The project includes a theater with about 800 seats; a 200-seat 3D-4D cinema; a gymnasium with about 500 seats - a 10-lane swimming pool; a school building and library, an astronomical tower and an administrative - office block... combined with modern, smart automatic equipment.

According to the design, the Children's Palace project has 2 buildings. Of which, building A has 7 floors, the foundation structure has been completed, built up to the 3rd floor. Building A includes: Cinema, art club, multi-purpose theater, experimental garden. Building B area has also taken shape, building above ground items including: Administrative block; astronomical tower; gymnasium and swimming pool; school building and library. The project aims to meet the needs of entertainment, sports competition, physical training, cultural and artistic exchange of children in the capital, creating a favorable environment to develop future talents.

Hanoi urban railway project, Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station section: 12.5 km long, including 8.5 km of elevated road and 4 km of underground road with a total investment of 32.9 trillion VND. Up to now, the overall progress of the project has reached about 76.5%, of which the construction progress of the elevated section has reached 99%; the underground section has reached 33%.

Vinh Tuy Bridge Project (Phase 2): Construction started in January 2021 with a total investment of more than 2.5 trillion VND, invested by the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project has started construction of the first joint block with the code KN-1. The project is focusing on constructing the remaining items to complete the entire project by September 2, 2023.

Children's Hospital Project (Phase 1): Construction started on February 26, 2022, in Yen Nghia Ward - Ha Dong District. The project has an area of ​​67,863 m2 with an investment of nearly 785 billion VND, including a 6-storey building with 2 units, in phase 1 (2021-2024) the hospital bed scale is 200 inpatient beds, in the long term the total service capacity will be 500 beds. To date, the project has disbursed 28.5% of the capital plan, the expected completion time is in the first quarter of 2024.

Ring Road 4 Project - Capital Region: 112.8 km long, with the starting point on Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway (Thanh Xuan Commune, Soc Son District), and the ending point on Noi Bai - Ha Long Expressway (Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province). The project is divided into 7 component projects, with a total estimated investment for phase 1 of about 85.8 trillion VND. The goal is to start construction of Ring Road 4 in June 2023, complete it basically in 2026, and put it into operation in 2027.
