Implementing the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party's guiding viewpoints on mass mobilization work, in recent years, the Hanoi Party Committee and Party committees at all levels have strengthened leadership and direction, constantly innovated and improved the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in general, and the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in particular. Making "Skilled Mass Mobilization" a widespread emulation movement, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members and all classes of Hanoi people, becoming a unique feature in the mass mobilization work of the Capital Party Committee.

In recent years, on average, each year the whole city has about 10,000 models, typically "Skilled Mass Mobilization" registered to be deployed from the city level to the grassroots level. The emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has really penetrated deeply, spread, and been deployed closely with campaigns and patriotic emulation movements, especially "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", and implementing democracy at the grassroots level.

This is identified as a key activity of the Mass Mobilization Sector to celebrate major holidays and anniversaries of the Capital and the country.

The 2024 Hanoi City "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest is a key activity of the Capital's Mass Mobilization Sector, practically celebrating the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh writing the article "Mass Mobilization" (October 15, 1949 - October 15, 2024), the 94th anniversary of the Party's Mass Mobilization Traditional Day (October 15, 1930 - October 15, 2024), the 25th anniversary of "Mass Mobilization Day of the whole country" (October 15, 1999 - October 15, 2024), especially celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).

After 6 months of launching, the 2024 Hanoi City "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest has received enthusiastic and active participation from all levels, sectors, localities, agencies and units in Hanoi. At the same time, it has truly become a broad political activity on Mass Mobilization work in particular, Party building work and the political system of Hanoi City in general.

 

The final round of the 2024 Hanoi City “Skilled Mass Mobilization” Contest is scheduled to be held on September 21, 2024 at the Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace with the participation of the 6 best teams of the preliminary round in 6 competition clusters. The award ceremony will take place on the same morning and will be broadcast live on Channel 1 - Hanoi Radio and Television.

After hundreds of preliminary and final competitions from the grassroots level, 35 best teams representing localities and units were selected to participate in the preliminary round of the "Skilled Civil Mobilization" City-level Competition in 2024.

The 2024 Hanoi City "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Contest is an opportunity to propagate and disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies. Raise awareness of cadres, party members, union members, association members and all classes of people in the capital about the position and role of mass mobilization work. Mobilize the participation of the entire political system in implementing mass mobilization work; consolidate and strengthen people's trust in the Party and the State. Thereby, contributing to promoting the successful implementation of economic, cultural-social development, national defense-security, Party building, and political system building tasks in localities, units and the City.

After hundreds of preliminary and final competitions from the grassroots level, 35 best teams, representing localities and units, were selected to participate in the preliminary round of the "Skilled Civil Mobilization" contest at the Hanoi City level in 2024. 35 teams were divided into 6 preliminary round groups. Through creative and elaborate competitions, the Organizing Committee of the Contest selected 6 best teams to continue to the Final round, including: Tay Ho District, Dong Anh District, Phuc Tho District, Phu Xuyen District, Dong Da District and Hanoi City Police.
