9 individuals own nearly 18% of capital at BVBank

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (BVBank – UPCoM: BVB) has just announced the list of shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital based on information provided by shareholders.

Accordingly, as of July 30, 2024, there are 9 individuals owning about 89.26 million BVB shares, equivalent to 17.792% of the capital at this bank. In the updated list, no institutional shareholder owns more than 1% of BVBank's charter capital.

Specifically, the person holding the largest number of shares is BVBank Board Member Nguyen Thanh Phuong. Ms. Phuong is holding nearly 22.87 million shares, equivalent to 4.558% of the bank's charter capital.

Board member and General Director of BVBank, Mr. Ngo Quang Trung, currently owns 15.68 million BVB shares, equivalent to an ownership ratio of nearly 3.126%.

BVBank Board Chairman Le Anh Tai currently owns 14.372 million BVB shares, equivalent to 2.865% of the bank's charter capital. Mr. Tai's relatives own an insignificant number of shares.

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Nhat Nam, a member of the Board of Directors of BVBank, and related persons currently hold a total of more than 10.2 million BVB shares, equivalent to more than 2% of the bank's charter capital.

BVBank's Deputy General Directors are also holding a certain amount of shares in this bank. Specifically, Mr. Le Van Be Muoi currently owns 5.92 million BVB shares, equivalent to 1.18% ownership.

Deputy General Director Van Thanh Khanh Linh owns more than 5.7 million shares, accounting for 1.146%.

Deputy General Director Phan Viet Hai owns 7.5 million shares, equivalent to 1.495%. Deputy General Director Nguyen Thanh Tu owns more than 6.7 million shares, equivalent to 1.345% of the bank's capital. Mr. Tu's related persons are holding 3.83 million shares, equivalent to 0.76%.

Finally, BVBank Finance Director Ly Cong Nha also owns more than 5,418 million shares, a 1.08% ownership ratio at BVBank.
