Below, the website's editorial board respectfully introduces 9 outstanding highlights of 2024 to have a panoramic view of BSR over the past year. 1, Excellent operations Dung Quat Oil Refinery achieved 49.3 million safe working hours. After the 5th BDTT, the EII (Energy Intensity Index) of Dung Quat Oil Refinery decreased to 99.7%, the first time below the threshold of 100%, (a reduction of 10.1 million USD compared to 2023), demonstrating the efforts to optimize operations and save energy, contributing to improving production and business efficiency. Crude oil loss reached 0.14% (454 million USD lower than KPI); OA reached 96.2%. 2, Investment flourishes The disbursement rate outside the NCMR Project increased by 88% compared to the same period 3 years ago. 3. Optimizing the frequency of BDTT and implementation time Optimize the overall maintenance frequency (BDTT) to 3.5 years, implemented when the crude oil and product market is unfavorable, the proportion of contractors in the industry is the highest ever. 4, Expand the market and product portfolio With the continuous effort to innovate, BSR has produced and sold 2 new types of Polypropylene (PP), TF4035 and BOPP F3030, bringing the total number of new products of the Factory to 14 types in addition to traditional products. This contributes to diversifying products and increasing production and business efficiency. Notably, BSR is ready in terms of technical infrastructure to supply SAF products to the market, affirming its pioneering position in the field of sustainable energy. 5, Cost optimization Reduced more than 238 billion VND in production and business costs; 190 billion VND in investment costs; 82.5 billion VND (reusing and recovering precious metals from waste catalytic materials and chemicals) 6. Strengthening corporate culture On August 20, 2024, BSR was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group as "Outstanding collective in communication and corporate culture" for the period 2019-2024, according to Decision No. 3291/QD-DKVN dated May 15, 2024. The Company has researched and tested a number of workshops to new operating limits such as CDU 118%, RFCC 110%, KTU 140%. In 2024, BSR will reach an output of 6.6 million tons/year, the highest in years with a General Maintenance period. The Company has also successfully processed 02 new types of crude oil, bringing the total number of crude oil types that can be processed to 33 types and 03 types of intermediate materials. 8. Continuously improving the management system BSR is a pioneer in issuing the Bidding Regulations in Investment, completing the Risk Management framework system, and applying real-time digital management. 9, BSR is listed on the HOSE On December 12, 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) approved the listing registration for BSR shares, marking a historic milestone in the Company's development process.
