NDO – On the morning of December 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the Conference to review the investment and construction work of the 500 kV power transmission line project, circuit 3, from Quang Trach ( Quang Binh province) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen province). Also attending the conference were Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Transport Tran Hong Minh, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang, and leaders of ministries, branches, and central agencies; leaders of provinces and centrally run cities; representatives of consulting and supervising units, construction contractors, and forces participating in the 500 kV power transmission line project, circuit 3.
