Establishment of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Hung Yen province

On the morning of September 30, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin of Hung Yen province held the first Executive Committee meeting for the 2023-2028 term.

At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee's decision to allow the merger of the Thai Binh Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin and the Hung Yen Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin into the Hung Yen Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin was announced; decisions related to the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Hung Yen Province Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin were also announced.

Delegates discussed and voted to approve the operating regulations of the Executive Committee, the Inspection Committee, the emulation and reward regulations of the Association and the key tasks of the Association in 2025. In the last months of 2025, the Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin will mobilize, care for and help victims of Agent Orange; participate in propaganda to contribute more voices with the Central Association and the whole country to fight for justice for victims of Agent Orange; proactively guide and inspect the work of arranging, merging and establishing the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin at the commune and ward levels; consolidate and build the association organization from the province to the grassroots level.
