The activity is within the framework of the Summer Opening Program and Action Month for Children 2023 organized by the Central Council of Young Pioneers in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and the Binh Chanh District Summer Activities Steering Committee. At the event, Vien had the opportunity to meet with the children and popularize swimming to them. Vien really wants to contribute more to reduce the tragic drowning accidents that often occur in Vietnam. A sports expert once emphasized in an interview with Thanh Nien: "When more and more children learn to swim, many potential swimmers will certainly be discovered for the country's sports.
