For more than 5 years as Head of the Lung Rong Hamlet Front Committee, Mr. Mai Quoc Toan has always implemented the motto "3 together" (eating together, living together, working together) with the people in the hamlet. Being close to the people helps him understand each situation and aspiration to promptly advise and support. Whenever there is a new movement or policy, he explains it thoroughly and transparently, creating high consensus in the community.

Four years ago, Mr. Ngo Van Hoang's family (Lung Rong hamlet) faced many difficulties because they had not found a suitable livelihood model. Understanding the situation, Mr. Toan guided the implementation of the frog farming model , and at the same time supported access to preferential loans from the Social Policy Bank. With support, Mr. Hoang boldly started a business, combining meat frog farming and breeding frogs, thereby having a year-round supply of goods. On average, each day, he supplies about 30 kg of frogs to the market, both selling at the market and delivering to Ho Chi Minh City at a price of 50,000 VND/kg. The stable income has helped his family improve their lives significantly.

Not only actively bringing the Party's policies and the State's laws to the people, Mr. Toan is also the "nucleus" of solidarity at the grassroots level. He mobilized people to join hands to maintain security and order, develop the economy, participate in donating land to build roads, plant flowers, build green fences, contributing to building a bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape. He himself voluntarily donated 160m² of land to build a hamlet cultural house, creating a place for community activities. In everything, he is a pioneer and exemplary role model, thereby arousing a spirit of competition, making an important contribution to the completion of the local political tasks.

Close to the grassroots to spread the movement

Also an exemplary head of the Front's working committee, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son, Head of the Front's working committee of Choi Moi hamlet, is always trusted by the Party Committee, government and people for his enthusiasm and responsibility.

With the motto of “listening to people, telling them to understand, making them believe”, Mr. Son closely follows the social situation, promptly handling arising issues. In every meeting or community contact, he always takes the opportunity to incorporate propaganda and mobilize people to participate in movements.

Mr. Son shared: “I often combine many forms of propaganda such as: loudspeakers, posters, direct talks in meetings and dialogues. The content revolves around policies, laws, new rural construction movements, patriotic emulation, poverty reduction... At the same time, I learn about the thoughts and aspirations of the people to promptly advise the Party Committee and government to consider and resolve them.”

Mr. Lam Hoang Ngoan, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dinh Thanh Commune, said : “The commune has 17 heads of hamlet front committees. Their closeness, closeness and exemplary behavior have helped to promptly resolve many problems arising in the community. Having a firm grasp of the situation of each household and each residential area, the heads of committees advise practical and realistic solutions. In the work of building great national unity, they play a core role, creating a strong spreading force, leading families, relatives and people to actively respond to patriotic emulation movements, socio -economic development, contributing with the Party Committee, government and people of the commune to successfully carry out political tasks in the new period.”
