Ms. Truong Nguyen Thien Kim, wife of Mr. To Hai - General Director and member of the Board of Directors of Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: VCI), has just sent a document reporting to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) about the successful sale of 13.2 million VCI shares.

The transaction period is from September 4 to September 11 through order matching and/or negotiation. After the transaction, Ms. Kim only holds more than 9.6 million VCI shares, equivalent to 2.18% of capital.

Provisionally calculating the closing price of VCI shares on September 11 at 43,800 VND/share, it is estimated that Ms. Kim earned nearly 600 billion VND after this deal.

Besides being known as the wife of the General Director of Vietcap Securities Company, Ms. Kim also holds many important positions in many other enterprises.

However, this article later caused many mixed reactions. By the afternoon of September 12, Katinat posted another article, announcing that it had transferred 1 billion VND in direct support to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front - Central Relief Committee, and at the same time apologized to customers for the misleading communication style that led to mixed opinions in the joint activities with people in the flood-affected areas.
