The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that on November 30 and December 1, the Northeast, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An may have scattered rain and light rain. From December 1, these areas may turn cold.

From November 30 to December 4, Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain. From Quang Tri to Binh Dinh, there is a risk of widespread heavy rain.

From November 30 to December 4, the Central Highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain. From November 30 to December 7, the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain.
