Regarding the dike works: landslide incidents on the dike slope on the field side at K37+600 right dike of Cau, Yen Trung commune; the incident of the ebb current at K7+200 left dike of Cau, Hop Thinh commune and the ebb current at K57+450 right dike of Cau, Kinh Bac ward, the incidents are currently stable. The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh requested the People's Committees of Yen Trung commune, Hop Thinh commune, Kinh Bac ward and the Dike Management Unit No. 1, Hiep Hoa Dike Management Unit to continue monitoring and regularly reporting the incident developments.

Regarding irrigation works, landslides at 4 locations on the right bank of Ngu Huyen Khe River through Tien Du commune have been handled at locations 3 and 4, and locations 1 and 2 are being handled.

Currently, the residential areas outside the riverbank in Hop Thinh, Xuan Cam, Tam Giang, Nenh communes and Van Ha ward are no longer flooded. Households are continuing to clean up their homes.

Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh, Dang Cong Huong, said that the department requested localities, departments, and branches to regularly update and grasp weather developments and deploy measures to respond to rain and floods. The Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited in the area is on duty seriously and proactively coordinates with localities to pump and drain water.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh also requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen the patrolling and guarding of dykes according to the alarm level; take full responsibility in case of incidents causing unsafe dykes due to failure to patrol and guard dykes according to regulations.

The People's Committees of communes and wards organize inspections, review and closely monitor areas at risk of landslides on hills and mountains, especially incidents that have been declared an emergency by the Provincial People's Committee; resolutely prevent people who have evacuated from dangerous areas from returning to their homes to ensure safety. Continue to warn, propagate, strictly prohibit people from living in landslide areas and have plans to relocate and evacuate people and property to ensure safety...

In addition, Bac Ninh province deployed a disaster prevention shock force to inspect and review residential areas along rivers, streams, low-lying areas, and areas at risk of floods, inundation, flash floods, and landslides. Organize forces to guard, control, support, and guide traffic safety for people and vehicles, pay attention to culverts, spillways, and areas at risk of flash floods and rapids. Review plans, forces, and vehicles to be ready to organize and implement evacuation support and relocation of people in unsafe areas and deploy response, rescue, and relief work when bad situations occur...

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Ninh, due to the impact of storm No. 11 in Bac Ninh province, early in the morning of October 6, some places started to have light rain; at Luc Ngan weather station, wind level 4 (5 m/s), gust level 5 (9 m/s) was observed; at Son Dong, strong wind level 3 (4 m/s), gust level 4 (6 m/s) was observed. The average rainfall from 4:00 p.m. on October 5, 2025 to 6:00 a.m. on October 6, 2025 in the whole province was 7.40 mm.

From 6:00 a.m. on October 6, 2025, the water levels of rivers in Bac Ninh province are as follows: At Dap Cau station on Cau river, the water level is 4.37 m, 0.07 m above alarm level 1; at Phu Lang Thuong station, the water level is 4 m, 0.3 m below alarm level 1.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, water levels on river banks in the province will likely rise again due to the rain impact of storm No. 11's circulation, possibly reaching alert level 2 to alert level 3.
