This year's Mid-Autumn Festival takes place in a special context with the operation of the two-level local government, the merger of the province and especially the successful 1st Provincial Party Congress. The organization of the Mid-Autumn Festival - Lanterns lighting up dreams is a strong affirmation from the Party, government and people of the whole province: in any circumstances, children are always the center of attention, the object of care and the best things.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 250 gifts to children in difficult circumstances. The Provincial Youth Union mobilized the Vu A Dinh Fund to present 30 scholarships to children in the province.
