Attending the conference were Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ngan, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Steering Committee for Project 1371; members of the Steering Committee, standing agencies, and working groups of the Provincial Steering Committee for Project 1371; Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and People's Committee of Van Ban district; and representatives of the Steering Committee for Project 1371 of communes and towns in the district.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the following topics: Selecting content, compiling documents for dissemination and legal education , methods and skills for propagating, disseminating and educating the law, mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level; promoting the role of the army in implementing forms and methods for disseminating and educating the law.

Along with that, delegates were introduced to good models and creative ways of implementing the Project.

The conference aims to unify methods and improve skills in conducting propaganda, dissemination and legal education for forces participating in the implementation of Project 1371, thereby contributing to raising awareness and sense of law compliance of officials and people in the area. At the same time, this is the basis for drawing experiences and summarizing the implementation of the construction of pilot units to implement Project 1371 in 2024 and phase 1 (2021 - 2024), replicating good models and creative ways of doing things, improving the quality and effectiveness of implementing Project 1371 phase 2 (2025 - 2027).

Within the framework of the conference program, delegates visited the exhibition and introduction of books and legal education documents in Khanh Yen Thuong commune.
