On the afternoon of September 25, the Political Department of the Defense Command of Region 6 - Ngoc Chuc (An Giang Provincial Military Command) coordinated with the Giong Rieng, Ngoc Chuc and Thanh Hung Commune Unions to organize a conference to sign a partnership and make mid-autumn lanterns to give to children in difficult circumstances.
