Patriotic emulation movements, including the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas have always been focused on and implemented by Party committees, authorities, agencies and units, along with focusing on mobilizing people to agree to participate in implementing programs, projects and models of socio-economic development, especially implementing national target programs on building new rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction. In 2024, implementing the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas, in 2024, Thuan Bac district has 22 units and localities registered to implement 122 models (93 collective models, 29 individual models).

Speaking at the working session, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission highly appreciated Thuan Bac in mobilizing people's consensus in implementing many large and key projects.
