Handing over "House of Gratitude" in Doan Hung

On November 17, the Red Cross Society of Tieu Son commune, Doan Hung district coordinated with philanthropists to organize the inauguration ceremony and handover of the "House of Gratitude" to the family of Mr. Cao Hai Tuyen in zone 5, Tieu Son commune.

Representatives of philanthropists presented financial support to build a "House of Gratitude" for Cao Hai Tuyen's family.

Mr. Tuyen’s family is poor and in extremely difficult circumstances. His mental state is unstable. His wife left him and he and his young child are living in a dilapidated, seriously degraded, unsafe wooden house.

After 2 months of construction, the solidly built house in the form of a level 4 house was completed and put into use with an area of ​​86m2, the total construction cost was over 100 million VND. Of which, the Red Cross Society of Tieu Son commune called for support, supporting over 10 million VND; the Fatherland Front Committee of Tieu Son commune supported 2 million VND; the Golden Heart Club of Phu Tho supported nearly 65 million VND; the Doan Hung Charity Club supported 7.9 million VND; the Ha Giang Charity Group supported more than 7 million VND... the rest were relatives, neighbors, friends who helped with materials and construction days.

This is a meaningful work demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and solidarity for the poor, thereby helping poor households and households in difficult circumstances have more motivation to improve and stabilize their lives.
