Scientific activities to take care of children's safety

Ninh Thuan General Hospital has just organized a scientific workshop on "Safe care for newborns and children" for the unit's medical staff, doctors and staff.

The reporter reported on the topic at the meeting.

The team of doctors and nurses discussed three topics: “Early recognition of abnormal signs in newborns”; “Safe care for children”; “Safe use of drugs on newborns and young children”. Thereby, helping the medical staff improve their skills in recognizing, caring for, and safely using drugs for newborns and young children, while raising awareness and promoting a culture of patient safety in the hospital.

The meeting aimed to implement the "Safe Motherhood Week 2025" with the theme "Comprehensive Postpartum Care - Health for Mother, Future for Baby".
