On the afternoon of December 30, the Provincial Project Management Board for Civil and Industrial Construction Investment (PPI) held a conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy directions and tasks for 2025.

Overview of the conference.

In 2024, the PMU completed the 2021-2025 medium-term plan, prepared for medium-term investment in 2026-2030 and 2026; proposed investment policies for 11 projects; established and planned 13 projects, of which 10 projects required detailed planning; established and submitted for approval 19 contractor selection plans including the investment preparation phase and project implementation phase of 10 projects. The economic efficiency through bidding was over 2.2 billion VND. The PMU organized the management and supervision of the implementation of 15 projects, of which 9 were transitional projects and 6 were newly started projects. In 2024, the Project Management Board completed and handed over 11 projects such as: Provincial Center for Disease Control, Tien Hai District General Hospital, renovated 4 headquarters to move units along Tra Ly River... All projects ensure quality, safety, and compliance with State regulations. The Board's capital plan disbursement rate in 2024 reached 92%; the savings rate in investment implementation of projects averaged 8.9%...

In 2025, the Project Management Board will continue to improve the quality of consulting work to participate in proposing investment policies, preparing for investment in key projects of the province in the coming time such as: Provincial General Hospital in the provincial medical center; investment project to build Thai Binh Provincial Museum...; speed up the completion of transitional projects and carry out procedures to start new projects as planned; enhance the role of investment project management; seriously supervise the investment projects that have been deployed...
