Khanh Hoa Province Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board dialogues with industrial park infrastructure investors

On the afternoon of September 26, the Management Board of Economic Zones (EZs) and Industrial Parks (IPs) of Khanh Hoa province held a conference to meet and dialogue with IP infrastructure investors in 2025.

According to the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board, this year's conference took place in the spirit of "Investment Connection - Sustainable Development", an opportunity for the management agency to directly listen to and resolve difficulties for investors; at the same time, opening up cooperation opportunities, improving the efficiency of investment attraction. By the end of September 2025, the economic zone and industrial parks in the area had attracted 17 new projects with a total registered capital of more than VND 76,800 billion; revenue of VND 46,584 billion; export turnover of VND 16,104 billion; budget contribution of VND 1,843 billion and creating jobs for nearly 39,000 workers. In the industrial parks alone, 12 projects with a total capital of more than VND 11,200 billion were licensed, 3 times higher than the same period last year.

Besides positive results, investors are still facing many difficulties such as: Unsynchronized infrastructure connection, increasing demand for energy and water supply and drainage; shortage of high-quality technical human resources; delays in some investment procedures...

In the spirit of accompanying businesses, the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board has established a specialized working group to support investors under the "one-stop" mechanism - one responsible contact, one time commitment to shorten the time to process documents and promote project implementation progress.

At the conference, investors discussed and proposed many contents related to mechanisms, preferential policies, support for human resource training, development of ecological industrial park models, construction of worker housing, etc. All opinions were received and directly answered by the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board and related departments and branches. Issues beyond their authority were compiled and reported to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution.
