At the ceremony, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Rang Ward called on agencies, units, socio -political organizations, religious organizations, businesses, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, union members, association members, and people of all walks of life in the ward to promote the spirit of solidarity, "mutual love and affection" to join hands to help people in the northern provinces affected by storm No. 10 to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee received more than 43 million VND in donations and continued to receive donations from organizations and individuals in the ward until October 25, 2025, in 2 forms: Transfer to the account number of the Phan Rang Ward Relief Mobilization Committee: 8610075982 - Vietnam Development and Investment Bank (BIDV) Ninh Thuan or the account of the Phan Rang Ward Relief Fund - 3761.0.9129451.91999 - State Treasury Region IV; receive cash donations at the Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Rang Ward (No. 6A, August 21st Street, Phan Rang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province).
