Accordingly, Thanh Phong, Thanh Xuan, Thanh Son are communes in the 6-city area of Nhu Xuan district, people's lives are still difficult. Many students' parents are poor, sick and cannot afford to buy their children transportation. Every day, they have to get up and walk from 3 to 5km, or even further, to get to class and school on time. However, they always try to overcome difficulties, many of them are good students.

Journalist Nguyen Van Dung, Head of the Education and Times Newspaper Representative Office in the Central Highlands region, shared that towards the 65th anniversary of the publication of the first issue of the Education and Times Newspaper (December 5, 1959 - December 5, 2024), continuing practical charity programs to encourage and motivate students with difficult circumstances to overcome difficulties in their studies, the Education and Times Newspaper Representative Office in the Central Highlands region coordinated with sponsors to organize the program "Support to school" to give bicycles to students in many provinces and cities across the country.
"We hope this gift will help the children try harder, study well and in the future, when they grow up and become successful, they will help other people in difficult circumstances," said Mr. Dung.

Delighted to receive her dream bicycle, Vi Hai Yen, class 6A, Thanh Phong Secondary School, said: “I am very happy to be one of the students who received a bicycle. With the means of transport, I no longer have to walk or ride a friend’s bike to school. We promise to always try to study better, not to let down our teachers and benefactors.”
On behalf of the district government, Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhu Xuan district, sent his thanks to the Education and Training Newspaper and benefactors for students with difficult circumstances in the area.
