With the motto "Where the water recedes, help the people clean up", the army has organized to clean up mud, garbage, and clean up the environment in flooded areas. Regardless of stormy weather or nighttime, when receiving requests from the locality, the unit quickly mobilized to rescue people, from evacuating people to safe locations to fixing dike problems, preventing storms and floods... In the flooded area of ​​Kim Tan commune, we focused our forces on working in advance at schools at all three levels: preschool, primary and secondary schools so that as soon as the water receded, students could go to school immediately.
