Provincial Social Insurance: Propaganda and dialogue on social insurance and health insurance policies for employees and business owners

On the afternoon of October 21, the Provincial Social Insurance (PSI) coordinated with the People's Committee of Son Nam Ward to organize a conference to propagate and discuss social insurance and health insurance policies for more than 350 freelance workers and small business owners in Son Nam Ward.

Overview of the conference.

At the conference, the provincial Social Insurance officers disseminated and introduced a number of new points in the 2024 Social Insurance Law; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2024 Health Insurance Law and the voluntary social insurance and family health insurance policies. In particular, focusing on introducing new regulations on retirement regimes and other regimes when participating; regulations on groups of subjects required to participate in social insurance, health insurance and participate in voluntary social insurance, family health insurance; contribution levels, payment methods, administrative procedures for participation... Thereby, aiming to help business households and employees clearly understand the advantages of participation as well as the benefits of enjoying policies when participating in social insurance and health insurance.

Provincial Social Insurance officers also answered many opinions related to the regime, rights, obligations, and responsibilities when participating in compulsory and voluntary social insurance and health insurance.
