Bao Thanh thanks her husband who used to be a police officer on VTV

After nearly 3 years off from acting to focus on family matters, Bao Thanh reappeared on VTV in the program Listen to Music with Me broadcast on the evening of May 28. The actress shared that in her career, she has enjoyed every film and role, but if she had to choose, Bao Thanh still likes Minh Van in Living with Mother-in-law the most because this is the role that brought her name and image to the audience the most.

The actress said that in the film crew, she had strong feelings for her 'mother-in-law' Lan Huong. After the two finished acting out the argument scene and the director called "cut", Bao Thanh and People's Artist Lan Huong both sat in a corner, not talking to each other because they could not get out of character.

"When we rehearsed, we only did dialogue, but when we actually filmed, there were many shocking scenes. I don't think Huong's mother acted like that. The arguments with Lan Huong's mother were very real, and her mother really hit me, and I was really upset," Bao Thanh said.

Bao Thanh shared that there were days when she had to film crying scenes from morning to night. When she got home, she was so sad that she didn't want to talk to her husband. The actress compared herself to being depressed and only feeling normal again the next morning.

Also in the program, Bao Thanh shared that her youth is her first son, who is now 12 years old. While still studying at the University of Theatre and Cinema, she married her husband Duc Thang and gave birth to a child when she was only 21 years old. "When I sit here, I still feel proud of myself and emotional when I remember that time. I feel so good that I overcame it," she said. However, Bao Thanh confided that she never regretted giving birth at that time.
