The Congress took place from September 29 to October 1, 2025, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development" and completed the entire program and was a great success. This is a political event of historical significance, opening a new development period for the Party Committee, army and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province.
During the 3 working days, the congress had 5 reports and 79 discussions, focusing on summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; reviewing the leadership and direction of the Executive Committee; determining the directions, goals, targets, key tasks, breakthroughs and main solutions for the 2025-2030 term. The congress also gave opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; finalizing the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Congress.
At the Congress, the Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel work: The Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, consists of 62 comrades. The Provincial Party Standing Committee, term I, consists of 21 comrades. The Provincial Party Inspection Committee consists of 10 comrades. The Provincial Party delegation attending the 14th National Party Congress consists of 35 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates.
The Congress voted to pass the Resolution of the 1st Congress with 18 groups of targets, 8 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and 4 main groups of solutions. Immediately after the Congress, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Term I, will urgently issue the Working Regulations and Action Program to concretize the Resolution, determined to quickly bring policies and orientations into life, meeting the development requirements of the province in the new period.
Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung emphasized a number of key tasks that the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee will embark on, namely: "Focus on building the Party, building the Government, building the political system, all must be strong. Clearly define the construction of transport infrastructure, tourism, tourist areas and clusters to promote socio-economic and cultural development. The three breakthroughs focus on human resources, especially high-quality human resources."
The success of the Congress affirms the close leadership and direction of the Central Committee; the careful preparation and high responsibility of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; the active participation of all levels, sectors and localities; and at the same time shows the accompanying and spreading role of news agencies and the press in creating consensus and unity throughout society.
