At 3:30 a.m. on September 1, Le, Bang, Nghia and their accomplices drove motorbikes carrying weapons to find young men riding motorbikes with license plate number 67 (in the province) to block their vehicles, assault them, and chop off their license plates following the trend of "chopping off license plates" to show off on social network TikTok.

The subjects chopped off and took away 2 motorbike license plates, slightly injured 6 people, and damaged 2 motorbikes.

The majority of the above youth group are very young, do not have stable jobs, and regularly follow deviant trends on social networks, especially TikTok, which leads to conflicts, provocations and challenges, causing insecurity and disorder.
