At the scene, the authorities discovered 9 people renting 2 rooms. One room had 6 people, including 3 men and 3 women, along with evidence including a ceramic plate containing white powder, a citizen identification card, and a rolled-up polymer banknote used as a tool for drug use.

In the second room, police discovered 3 people with drug paraphernalia and 3 packages containing white crystals that the group declared were drugs.

Cai Rang Ward Police have made a record of the incident and brought the subjects to headquarters for questioning.
