  According to Clause 4, Article 23 of the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments, a person sentenced to imprisonment who is on bail must, within 7 days from the date of receiving the decision to execute the sentence, be present at the headquarters of the criminal enforcement agency designated in the decision to execute the sentence.
  If the person on bail fails to appear after 7 days, the police will execute the criminal sentence and provide judicial assistance to escort him/her to execute the sentence.
  If a person sentenced to prison escapes while on bail, the provincial police criminal enforcement agency shall issue a wanted notice and organize the arrest.
