Provincial Youth Union Secretary visits and encourages forces at the 500 kV line project, circuit 3

On the morning of June 5, the Provincial Youth Union delegation led by Comrade Trinh Nhu Lam, Provincial Party Committee member and Provincial Youth Union Secretary, visited, gave gifts to encourage workers and inspected youth volunteer teams participating in supporting the construction site of the 500 kV line 3 circuit in Kim Son district.

The delegation visited and gave gifts to encourage workers who were constructing at high-voltage pole No. 35 of the 500 kV line 3; inspected youth volunteer teams and propagated and mobilized some households of Quang Thien and Kim Chinh communes related to the project implementation.

At the places visited, Provincial Youth Union Secretary Trinh Nhu Lam and members of the delegation kindly visited and presented gifts to workers directly constructing the project, encouraging them to continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, complete work on schedule and with quality.

Talking with the leaders of Kim Son district, the Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union affirmed: The Youth Union at all levels and the youth of Ninh Binh will devote all their efforts to supporting the locality and the construction units of the 500 kV line 3 circuit through the province, contributing to speeding up the progress, ensuring the completion of construction before June 30, 2024.

He also requested the Kim Son District Youth Union and youth volunteer teams to clearly identify the importance of the 500 kV line 3 project as well as their roles and responsibilities in performing assigned tasks; promoting the pioneering, proactive spirit and sense of responsibility of the youth.

Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister and the plan of the Central Youth Union on implementing the 30-day and night peak emulation campaign to volunteer to accelerate the progress and complete the 500 kV line 3 circuit project early, Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Union conducted a survey, worked with local authorities, construction units and issued a plan, implementing the peak emulation campaign in the province from June 1 to June 30, 2024.

Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union established 10 youth volunteer teams with 250 members and young people of Kim Son district - the locality where the 500 kV power line passes through. The teams are responsible for propagating and raising awareness of union members, young people and people about the purpose, meaning and benefits of the 500 kV power line project, circuit 3; coordinating with local authorities to mobilize and support people to quickly clear the land and hand over the corridor where the power line passes to the construction unit.

Support the construction unit in monitoring the roads and intersections during the construction process to ensure security and safety for the people during the construction process. At the same time, mobilize social resources to visit, encourage and give gifts to the workers working on the project.
