79 contestants are Team Commanders studying and living in junior high school teams in the province participating in the festival through 5 skill stations.
In particular, at station 1, candidates take an individual test - answering multiple choice questions on knowledge about Vietnamese history; the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh; history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union , the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team. In addition, there is knowledge about traffic safety; prevention of child abuse; prevention of accidents and injuries; gender equality, children's rights; major movements and campaigns of the Team...
The remaining 4 stations, the contestants compete in teams. Specifically, at station 2, the teams will compete in Team etiquette, such as: basic formation, slogans, and situation handling. At station 3, the teams will create a product that represents the team's spirit and identity from basic materials provided by the Organizing Committee and available materials such as: plastic bottles, recycled materials, flowers, scraps of fabric, etc. to increase creativity.

For station 4, teams participated in a large outdoor game with a series of challenges: tying knots, solving secret messages, and physical games. At the last station, teams chose a topic related to the roles, responsibilities, and aspirations of children to present to the judges or perform a short skit or drama that clearly expressed the chosen topic.
Candidates who score 80-100 points will be recognized by the Organizing Committee as the Provincial Team Leader. At the same time, the Organizing Committee will choose to award 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes.

Through the festival, we aim to foster and improve knowledge and skills in Team activities for the Team Commanders; thereby promoting the role of the Team Commanders in improving the quality of activities in the teams.
