Also attending were comrade Le Van Chau, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union.

Visiting and talking with youth union members participating in the youth volunteer team supporting the operation of the two-level local government in Bat Mot commune, comrade Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association, highly appreciated the youth union members for actively supporting people, especially the elderly, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities... to access and effectively use online public services.

Many union members do not mind the long distances, going to people's homes to guide them on how to use online public services, VNeID electronic identification accounts and citizen identification applications.

Youth Union members support people in carrying out administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center.

The Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union suggested that in the coming time, youth union members participating in the youth volunteer team continue to promote their youthful spirit and enthusiasm, support localities in operating two-level local governments, and contribute to building digital government and digital society right from the grassroots level.
