Speaking from the Democratic Party's campaign area in Concord, New Hampshire (USA), President Biden said: "We have to lock him up. Lock him up politically. Lock him out. That's what we have to do."

Biden said his predecessor intended to undermine the protections of the US Constitution. According to Biden, American democracy would be threatened if Trump defeated Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. Harris said that the US Justice Department would find a way to solve the problem and she would defeat Trump through the ballot.
