The district has mobilized 100% of children to enter grades 1 and 6. The rate of grade 9 students participating in the grade 10 entrance exam with a total score of 3 subjects from 15 or higher is 3,787/6,403 students.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Binh Chanh district strives for 63% of primary schools to have students studying 2 sessions/day; 62% of secondary schools to have students studying 2 sessions/day.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Binh Chanh district sets the following targets: Building schools that meet educational quality accreditation according to regulations; building April 30 Kindergarten and Phong Phu 2 Primary School according to the high-quality school model "Advanced international integration"; 63% of primary schools have students studying 2 sessions/day, 62% of secondary schools have students studying 2 sessions/day...

Regarding the 10th grade enrollment target, the People's Committee of Binh Chanh district has proposed many solutions.
