Lam Dong Provincial Military Command visits and gives gifts to policy families and meritorious people

On August 22, Lam Dong Provincial Military Command organized 6 delegations to visit and present gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; Heroes of the People's Armed Forces; heads of the Provincial Military Command through periods of serious illness and policy families and meritorious people in the area.

This is a meaningful activity towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); at the same time, it is a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Lam Dong Provincial Armed Forces (August 23, 1945 - August 23, 2025).

At the families, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command expressed their deep gratitude to the contributions and sacrifices of the families of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in the cause of national liberation, building and protecting the Fatherland in general and building the provincial armed forces in particular.

The comrades expressed their hope that families would continue to promote revolutionary traditions, encourage their children and grandchildren to study and work hard, and implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, contributing to the development of their homeland.

After the reorganization, Lam Dong province has more than 92,000 meritorious people. As of July 1, 2025, the whole province paid regular subsidies to 19,485 people, with an amount of more than 55 billion VND/month.

In addition to the visit and gift-giving activities of the Head of the Provincial Military Command, the Regional Defense Commands also organized delegations to visit and give gifts to policy families and meritorious people in the areas under their charge.
