The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the threshold to ensure input quality (floor score) for the pedagogical sector in 2025. Accordingly, the floor score for university-level pedagogical sector is from 18-19 points.

Accordingly, the minimum score from the high school graduation exam score for admission to majors in the group of majors for university and college level teacher training in 2025 for candidates in region 3 has the minimum score (without coefficient) of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects, not including bonus points, regardless of the exam results of candidates studying the 2006 and 2018 programs as follows:

- The minimum score for admission to majors in the group of majors training university-level teachers is 19 points. For Physical Education, Music Pedagogy and Fine Arts Pedagogy, it is 18 points for the combination of 3 cultural subjects. Other combinations of admission are implemented according to the provisions of the current Admission Regulations.

- The minimum score for admission to the College level Preschool Education program is 16.5 for the combination of 3 cultural subjects. Other combination of admission is implemented according to the current admission regulations.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires universities, academies, colleges and junior colleges that offer teacher training programs to organize admissions for candidates using high school graduation exam results according to the current regulations on admissions to university and college levels in Early Childhood Education and other relevant guidance documents.
