Adding members to the Council for Appraisal of Investment Proposals for the National Target Program on Health Care, Population and Development

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has just signed and issued Decision No. 2075/QD-TTg amending and supplementing Decision No. 1895/QD-TTg dated September 4, 2025 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the State Appraisal Council to appraise the Report proposing investment policies for the National Target Program on Health Care, Population and Development for the period 2026-2035 (Council).

Decision No. 2075/QD-TTg added leaders of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions to participate as members of the Council (in Clause 3, Article 1 of Decision No. 1895/QD-TTg).

Specifically as follows:

"3. Council members:

- Leaders of the Ministries: Health, Construction, Public Security, National Defense, Justice, Home Affairs, Industry and Trade, Education and Training, Agriculture and Environment, Science and Technology, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ethnicity and Religion.

- Leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam .

- Leader of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The Ministry of Finance is the standing agency of the State Appraisal Council".

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (September 17, 2025).

* According to Decision No. 1895/QD-TTg dated September 4, 2025, the State Appraisal Council appraises the Report proposing investment policy for the National Target Program on health care, population and development for the period 2026-2035, with the task of organizing the appraisal of the Report proposing investment policy for the Program, submitting it to the Government for consideration and decision; requesting the agency assigned to prepare the Report proposing investment policy for the Program to provide documents and information related to the Program to serve the appraisal work; when necessary, requesting amendments and supplements to the dossier to meet the appraisal requirements; reviewing and deciding on the appraisal plan and other relevant issues during the appraisal process of the Report proposing investment policy for the Program...
