The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to direct the Center for Disease Control and its affiliated units to monitor and ensure safe vaccination procedures.

The Department of Education and Training is required to increase communication and notify parents to take their children for vaccination on schedule. At the same time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinates with press agencies, radio and television stations and People's Committees of communes and wards to develop messages and launch regular communication about the vaccination schedule.

People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for directing local health stations and organizations to step up propaganda and mobilize people to vaccinate their children fully and on schedule.

During the implementation process, if any difficulties arise, the units should promptly report to the Department of Health for support and guidance.
