The author and friends enjoy coffee at home
During the subsidy period, I tried filter coffee at sidewalk cafes a couple of times. Sidewalk cafes were places where people stopped, to relax with a cup of coffee, to sip, and absentmindedly watch people and vehicles bustling back and forth.
In those days, drinking coffee was also very elaborate. While waiting for the aluminum filter to slowly drip each dark brown drop into the glass cup, the customer would take another cup, add a sufficient amount of sugar, and add a few drops of freshly dripped coffee. Then, using a small spoon, he would vigorously beat the sugar to create foam. Enjoying a cup of coffee that he had helped to create with his own hands, suddenly felt very refreshed and interesting, especially on a morning when the streets were chilly and there was a light rain outside.
Now Buon Ma Thuot is truly a coffee city with a dense network of shops, each with its own unique style of decoration, attracting and captivating tourists, especially young people. Coming to Buon Me, at any time you can enjoy coffee with many different brewing styles with distinctive, rich flavors, always meeting all the needs of tourists.
It seems that in the mountain town, a new cultural beauty has been formed in the daily life here: forming associations, dating groups, inviting each other to drink coffee every morning, every afternoon and even when the night falls. What could be more fun and elegant than gathering with friends and lovers on a weekend morning in the middle of March, the golden sunshine sprinkled over a cup of coffee shimmering like the charming skin color of Miss H'Hen Nie - the darling of the Central Highlands mountains and forests?
