In the warm atmosphere of preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year 2025 and towards the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), the provincial leaders offered incense and flowers, commemorating the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, revolutionary predecessors and remembering the heroic martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.

On the same morning, the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hai Duong City held a ceremony to pay their respects, offer flowers, and offer incense at the Memorial House of President Ho Chi Minh in Ai Quoc ward.
