Based on the above reality, the Hanoi People's Committee office announced the conclusion of Vice Chairman Duong Duc Tuan at the meeting to consider the plan to renovate, upgrade and expand the roads around West Lake, in which it agreed to build a flyover encroaching on West Lake to expand the Quang An - Tu Hoa route to 21m.

Regarding the construction plan for the overpass to expand the road along West Lake on March 19, the leader of the Tay Ho District People's Committee said that the overpass will be built according to the assembly plan, in the form of a steel truss combined with concrete, with an asphalt bridge surface, ensuring normal traffic for cars and motorbikes in both directions.

Regarding the cost of building the overpass, the leader of Tay Ho District People's Committee said that the district will not use the budget and will mobilize it through the form of public-private partnership, the public-private partnership - PPP model.
