Nearly 2,000 athletes participate in Vietnam Airlines' "Run for Love"

This year's "Run for Love" organized by Vietnam Airlines continues to have the participation of visually impaired athletes, including many young athletes with extraordinary will.

The annual race “Run For Love 2025” organized by Vietnam Airlines took place successfully on the morning of September 28 on the West Lake route (Hanoi), attracting nearly 2,000 athletes to participate, including 330 visually impaired athletes.

The event is not just a simple running race but also carries a profound humanistic message, encouraging the spirit of healthy living, beautiful living and spreading love.

This year’s race continued to feature visually impaired athletes, including many young athletes with extraordinary will. They successfully conquered the 1.5km, 5km and 10km distances, strongly inspiring the community with the spirit of sharing and the will to overcome difficulties.

The running space blends with the cool autumn weather of Hanoi, decorated with lively music , street art and Mid-Autumn Festival booths, creating a vibrant and colorful sports-cultural space. On the running track, folk games and fun activities also contribute to increasing the connection and joy of the participants.

The organizing committee awarded many valuable prizes, including international, Asian and domestic air tickets to outstanding athletes, demonstrating the community's appreciation and encouragement of sportsmanship .

Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines shared: “Run For Love 2025 brings us more than a race, it is empathy, it is a connection from heart to heart. In the midst of the Mid-Autumn Festival, we feel more clearly the value of solidarity and sharing. The August moon reminds us of family love and today's companionship is a symbol of a community that knows how to love and work together towards good things.”
