According to the leaders of Can Tho Central General Hospital, the Endoscopy Department has an area of ​​485m², including 8 modernly equipped endoscopy rooms (6 digestive endoscopy rooms, 1 urinary endoscopy room and 1 respiratory endoscopy room).

Currently, the Endoscopy Department performs an average of 150 to 170 multidisciplinary endoscopies per day.

According to endoscopic experts of Can Tho Central General Hospital, ultrasound endoscopy is a superior combination of endoscopy and ultrasound, using an endoscope with an ultrasound probe to deeply examine lesions.
