Update mobile electronic tax service for individuals

One of the outstanding services is eTax Mobile, an electronic tax application on a mobile platform for individuals, helping taxpayers to perform tax procedures anytime, anywhere, with just a smartphone.

The “eTax Mobile” section on the tax industry website will provide full information about the application, user instructions, the latest features as well as answers to questions related to this application.

With eTax Mobile, taxpayers who are business households and individuals can perform tax procedures such as declaring, paying taxes, looking up tax information, tracking tax file processing status and receiving notifications from tax authorities with just a few simple steps on their mobile phones.

This application not only saves time and costs for taxpayers but also helps individuals fulfill their tax obligations quickly, accurately and conveniently.

Specifically, on November 15, 2024, the General Department of Taxation completed upgrading the tax industry website application version 2.0.2 by building the "eTax Mobile" section to serve propaganda work during the implementation of the eTax Mobile application nationwide.

Implementation content on the Electronic Information Page: Upgrade the Electronic Information Page of the General Department of Taxation and the electronic information pages of tax departments to add the "eTax Mobile" section including the following functions:

- “eTax Mobile User Guide” function: To upload a list of user guide documents for the eTax Mobile application.

- “Frequently asked questions and answers about eTax Mobile” function: To post a list of frequently asked questions/answers about the eTax Mobile application.

- “News about eTax Mobile” function: To post articles, videos related to upgrades, policies and video tutorials on using the eTax Mobile application.

- “eTax Mobile application installation” function: To post a list of articles announcing upgrades and versions of the eTax Mobile application.
