Agencies and units, based on their specific functions and tasks, promptly and extensively deploy to all cadres, civil servants, public employees (CB, CC, VC) and people in accordance with the requirements of tasks and practices of the locality and unit. Resolving administrative procedures for people

Chau Thanh district actively promotes the application of information technology, digitizes records and results of administrative procedures on electronic software; strengthens inspection and supervision of the process of handling administrative procedures, prevents harassment, negativity and bureaucracy. Thereby, raising awareness and sense of responsibility of the staff, civil servants and public employees in the district, promoting the role and responsibility of leaders in promoting administrative reform; creating positive changes in pioneering and exemplary compliance with discipline and administrative order in performing tasks and public duties.

The activities of receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures at the District Reception and Results Department have maintained stability and professionalism. The Commune Reception and Results Department has met the requirements of serving individuals and organizations when performing administrative procedures according to regulations. In addition, it regularly monitors, guides, and urges the progress of handling documents to ensure the correct progress and time as prescribed; publicly announces the apology documents of agencies so that organizations and individuals know. The automatic switchboard system sends messages to organizations and individuals, contributing to improving the quality of handling administrative procedures, the quality of service to people and businesses and is highly appreciated by the people. Mr. Le Van Be Hai (residing in Can Dang commune) shared: "Now, all information and administrative procedures are made public at the People's Committee of the commune. Any procedure that can be resolved will be resolved immediately by the commune officials, and any that require time to be processed will be clearly explained by the officials, and a specific result will be returned."

The District People's Committee focuses on implementing administrative procedure control activities in the district (integrated with the district administrative procedure inspection work). At the same time, direct departments, branches and sectors to regularly update and compile statistics to publish the list of administrative procedures according to regulations. 100% of administrative procedures have issued internal procedures and have established electronic procedures on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System to serve the work of handling administrative procedure records. The majority of administrative procedure records are received and have their data updated on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System, all of which synchronize the status and results of file processing with the National Public Service Portal.

In the period of 2021 - 2025, administrative reform work has received attention and determination from Party committees and authorities at all levels in Chau Thanh district in leadership, direction and operation. Agencies, units and localities have actively deployed and coordinated to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative reform work and achieved many positive results. Specifically, from January 1, 2021 to May 16, 2025, 157,945 records were received, 95,184 records were received online, reaching a rate of 66.26%. Of which, the district level received 41,319 records, 12,669 records were received online, reaching a rate of 30.66%, the commune level received 116,626 records, 82,515 records were received online, reaching a rate of 70.75%. Over 55,900 administrative procedure records were fully digitized upon receipt, reaching 32.2%. The number of digitized administrative procedure records was 51,866 records, reaching 32.79%...
