Bran Castle, Romania

Located in Romania’s Transylvania, Bran Castle is often called “Vampire Castle” due to its connection to the legendary character in Bram Stoker’s novel. On the other hand, the castle is also associated with the image of Vlad the Impaler, the famously brutal king of the 15th century. Visitors can visit the creepy dungeons, secret passages and many valuable works of art.

Windsor Castle, England

Windsor is the world's oldest and largest residential castle, built in the 11th century by William the Conqueror, the first Norman king of England. It has been home to 40 kings and is still open to visitors year-round. A highlight of the castle is St George's Chapel, the resting place of many kings, including Queen Elizabeth. It was also the venue for the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018.
